You must abide by the following guidelines when reserving a cab:-
A maximum of 90 days before the trip’s start date or at the same time as the trip’s start time, you may make a cab reservation.
Customers must present an ID proof with any form of cab reservation in order to receive our assurance.
You can make reservations on www.agrashivtourandtravels.com or by calling us at +91-8392-808-808.
You must pay a 15% advance if you wish to confirm your online cab reservations. The advance payment is based on the anticipated cost of the trip. The fare will be subtracted from the total sum due when the trip is over.
Online requests can also be created without paying in advance. However, the order confirmation will still require the waiver of the advance payment obligation to be approved.
We will allot at least an hour prior to your trip, and after the allocation, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with the car and driver details.
If there is a breakdown or accident involving the automobiles, we will either supply a replacement vehicle or reimburse the advance payment. Vanshika Cab disclaims all responsibility for any material or intangible losses incurred as a result of using our cabs. It won’t be eligible for any payment.
In the event of a booking change that affects the time or date, Vanshika Cab will not issue a refund. Your booking deposit will be completely lost. To make up for losses from cancellations and no-shows, we might also demand additional money.
In the event of the driver’s absence, We will immediately offer a similar car in their place. The whole advance payment will be refunded if we are unable to make the replacement.
Changes to reservations
Following these guidelines is required for any changes to a reservation:-
Up to 24 hours before the original pickup time, a customer may change the scheduled date for the pickup without incurring a cost. The availability of the vehicle will determine this.
Requests for any kind of adjustment should be made known to us by phone or letter. We will respond via email, phone call, or SMS.
Vanshika Cab has complete discretion over any modifications.
