Only by phoning our 24-hour customer care helpline at 8393 808 808 can you cancel your reservation with us before the scheduled day and time of your pick-up. You will be charged a cancellation fee if you change your mind after the driver and/or vehicle details have been given.

If Vanshika cab certifies that your ride has been cancelled in accordance with the terms of use and cancellation and refund policy, no cancellation fee is due.

Fees for cancellation:

If a booking request does not include the driver’s or vehicle’s information, it may be cancelled without penalty.

You will be charged a cancellation fee and lose the entire advance payment you made for the booking if a booking request is cancelled for any reason when the driver and/or car details are submitted.

Drivers have the option of cancelling a ride request if they have waited 45 minutes at the pickup site, or if you have given inaccurate information about the pickup place or cannot be reached at the specified phone number, mobile number, or email address. At the sole discretion of the Vanshika Cab, you may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full advance payment you made for the reservation.

In the event of cancellation due to outside forces that humans cannot control, such as an epidemic, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances or other civil disturbances; epidemics; or due to force majeure that results in the closure of the roads, Vanshika Cab, in its sole discretion, shall issue a voucher for the full advance amount that you paid for the reservation.

Refund Procedure

The reimbursement will be processed in accordance with the cancellation and refund policy. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. You are solely responsible for providing accurate banking information, and Vanshika Cab shall not be held liable for any loss or damages resulting from erroneous information.

In the following circumstances, you are entitled to the coupons without expiration for use in the future at Vanshika Cab’s sole discretion:

If the assigned driver cancels the trip at the last minute without providing a legitimate and fair explanation and Vanshika Cab fails to find another driver in a reasonable period of time, you are entitled to a voucher equal to the full advance fee you paid for the reservation.

If the car breaks down while you’re travelling and the Vanshika Cab or driver doesn’t fix it in an acceptable period of time, you’ll be given a coupon for the full advance amount you paid;

In the event of cancellation due to outside forces that humans cannot control, such as epidemics, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts, or other industrial disturbances; war, terrorist acts, riots, or other civil disturbances; epidemics; or due to force majeure that results in the closure of the roads, a voucher for the full advance amount you paid for the reservation will be issued in Vanshika Cab’s favour.

If you want to change the type of car, lengthen or shorten the trip, or make any necessary changes to the itinerary, you must notify Vanshika Cab well in advance. Once Vanshika Cab has confirmed your request, you will be given a voucher for the full advance amount you paid, at Vanshika Cab’s sole discretion.

In the event that you offer the Driver any items other than those listed on the invoice, Vanshika Cab is not obligated to provide a voucher or a refund. If any damages are awarded because of a loss you suffered, Vanshika Cab will not be responsible for paying them.

Vanshika Cab will not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the ride because the driver is a representative of a third party organisation. However, Vanshika Cab will help you however reasonably possible to make up for your loss or damage.

If you mistreat the driver physically, verbally, or mentally, Vanshika Cab reserves the right to withhold the entire advance payment you made for the reservation. Along with the driver, Vanshika Cab retains the right to pursue any legal remedies against you that may be available under the law in effect at the time of the incident.
